Refund policy

As a small business, we are unable to offer returns or refunds, but we are always happy to help with quesitons before you order.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.  We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review product descriptions, sizing and photos carefully before completing your purchase.  If you have any questions prior to ordering, we're always happy to help-just reach out before checkout!

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:

-You must provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

-The issue must be reported with within 7 days of delivery.

We do not offer refunds for damaged or incorrect items, but will gladly send a replacement or issue store credit when appropriate.

Lost Or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed pacakges caused by the carrier.  Please contact the shipping provider directly for assistance.
