Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Original artwork may require additional handling time.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note:

-Business days do not include weekends or holidays

-Processing time is different from shipping time

Shipping rates and methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.

We ship from trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

-Carrier delays

-Weather related delays

-Service interuptions beyond our contraol

Packaging & Care

Artwork is packaged with care using protective materials appropriate for each piece, including rigid mailers, padding, and protective wrapping.

Once artwork has shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for:

-Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

-Packages returned due to address errors

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lsot or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Packages

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

-Clear photos of the damaged item

-Photos of the packaging and shipping box

We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or stroe credit if apprpriate.

International Shipping

International buyers are responsible for:

-Customs duties

-Taxes

-Import fees

-Delays caused by customs processing

We are not responsible for delays or additinal charges imposed by customs authorities.
